Story Of Camera : The first permanent photograph of a camera image was made in 1826 by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce, using a sliding wooden box camera in Paris.
The first photographic camera developed for commercial manufacturer was a daguerreotype camera, built by Alphonse Giroux in 1839.
The camera was double box design with a landscape lens fitted to the outer box and a holder for a ground glass focusing screen and image plate on the inner box.
For many years, exposure time was long enough. George Eastman, offered his first camera “Kodak” in 1888. It was a very simple box camera.
The first camera using digital electronics to capture and store image was developed by Kodak engineer Steven J. Sasson in 1975. The image would then read from the cassette and viewed on a TV monitor. In 2000, the Sharp Introduced the world’s first digital camera phone in Japan.
The camera was used to communicate, to tell stories. The camera was and is a tool or was used to capture events or people.
Use of camera in education.
Some people learn by hearing, others by writing, some by seeing. The camera has added a new dimension to education, allowing photographs and videos to become learning tools. Imagine a medical school textbook without a photograph.
The camera helps to create and preserve memories of historical and sentimental values. Famous photographs of notable moments and events from history were made possible by the camera. Everyday babies are born, people get married and all of it is documented with cameras, a source of helping us to remember our past. The camera is a valuable source to store historical memories.
Engineers and scientists starved to carry camera in simplest possible form for our comfort, but they could regret after knowing the misuse of camera.
Hi-tech companies are among the most vulnerable to abuse. Camera phone can be misused to disclose and even broadcast image of trade secrets, research and development process. Camera phone can easily become instrument of harassment in the wrong hands. Images of co-workers in private areas such as dressing areas bathrooms and locker rooms can be embarrassing and quickly transmitted to countless other people.
In fact people don’t even miss to misuse camera in natural calamities like earthquake, cyclones and flood etc. After recording these scene they upload and share just to get comments and likes.
Sometimes people shoot the video of miss haps like person sinking in water accident instead of saving their life. They shoot videos of person fighting instead of settling their matter.
This is an Ironic truth, we have to believe this truth that we are bound to take action against this tyranny.
We can do this by spreading the awareness of this problem and we should promote the initiatives taken to resolve the problem. After all we are the youth on whom the future of the world is dependent. So, if we ignore the problem then these type of problem will sallow the happiness of world.
Lastly I would like to say youth are very sensitive only things that they lack is the awareness. No sooner do they know the issue than they will act to stop misuses of camera. And they will do this happily and they will promote too. They will happily promote every initiative taken for well being of society which in turn will benefit the entire world.
Thank you
Regards~
